SimSun is rendered weirdly by gdipp 0.9.1 #120

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
SimSun rendering is inconstant. No specific program.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run Chrome or Babylon.
2.Navigate to any contents using SimSun.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The blurring and hinting of fonts are supposed to be constant. However, for 
gdipp 0.9.1, the hinting of SimSun (or even maybe other Asian fonts) is 
significantly different from others. At first, I thought it might be caused by 
not supporting Chrome of the new version, but later the same issue has been 
seen in other programs such as Babylon.

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.1 (registry mode), Win7 x86.

Please provide any additional information below. Screenshots always help.
I didn't change my profile from 0.9.0 to 0.9.1. I have some specific 
configuration as follows.

    <embolden>20</embolden>
</font>

<font name="MS .?Mincho.*">
    <embolden>20</embolden>
</font>

<font name="MS .?MingLiU.*">
    <embolden>20</embolden>
</font>
