Strikethrough text is not rendered in Excel #154

In MS Excel 2007 text with Strikethrough option is not rendered correctly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type text in a cell
2. go to Format Cell context menu of the cell, on a Font tab select 
Strikethrough check box. Click Ok

Expected result: text in the cell should be shown as crossed. 
Actual result: text is shown as usually

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.1, Win XP SP3

Please correct issue 154, Strikethrough text is not rendered in Excel 2013. The 
text appears as normal without the line through the text as expected.
