This PR changes the contribution graph workflow to create its own pull requests, instead of committing directly to main. This fixes #31, after the main branch protection broke the workflow.
I copied the pull request bit from the contributors workflow, including recent improvements to prevent multple PRs being opened over time by using a static branch name.
