Is helpful to have guides on Github releases previous to a CRAN release, also a revision on versioning is needed for Epiverse packages
Based on the tutorial with @Bisaloo in a virtual meeting we believe that is worth it to create a Blog with snapshots and examples on using the usethis package. This blog can also include alternative submission paths as the form displayed by CRAN, and we found very useful to include learnings from previous submissions within epiverse (like mistakes on versioning, files, typos, non-english packages and configuration files and wordlist, version updates, etc)
How to provide a support system (communication channel) to keep track of submission statuses and problems?
