Make sure dependencies page is rendered #63

This PR removes a broken URL I observed while reading the blueprints. I could not find the correct destination within the blueprints pages itself, so I removed it to open this PR.

This is a suggestion - I may very well miss the actual link it should go to.

Nice catch!

It's supposed to lead to the dependencies chapter but this chapter is not rendered so the link 404s.

Could we make sure that dependencies.qmd is rendered instead? IIRC, we had a similar issue in the past and needed to add the chapter to the sidebar to be rendered:
