`epitrix` dependency - possible to remove? #128

This issue is a result of #124, where I discovered undocumented system dependencies. These are from the epitrix package according to @Bisaloo, so mentioning this here to revisit the need for this dependency altogether.

libsodium is coming from epitrix. I'm not completely sure about cmake but it's a more common dependency so likely a bit less problematic.
