There is currently no documentation explaining how a user could apply new data to the {episoap} pipeline. Adding to the getting started vignette or creating a new vignette explaining how this can be done would be useful.
An example of using an API package that reads in epidemiological data which can then be saved and used by the pipeline would be a good use case.
