Multi-tag selection on resource listings #244

In #241 we introduced a resource page, and @Bisaloo requested the following:

I would love to have the ability to select a combination of tags. E.g., "testing" and "APIs", which would make it easier to find resource such as https://books.ropensci.org/http-testing/index.html.

This is a great idea! Opening this issue to track work on this and not expand the scope of #241.

@Bisaloo - I looked into this a bit more and it seems like it requires custom JavaScript to achieve this. The only discussion around this I could find says so but does not provide an example 😅

I looked through the Quarto code (pretty big codebase) in an attempt to find a workaround but I could not find it.

Would you like me to keep working on this? It might take me a while to figure this one out, and that's not a guarantee. If it's worth that investment, I'll happily do it.

Can we deprioritize it but keep this issue open if we have the opportunity to come back at a later date?
