Disable freeze for people.qmd #278

This PR disables the freeze for the /people page. This PR is a test to verify whether this works, as Netlify preview deploys will indicate whether it runs R (I predict it will not, but always worth checking).

If merged, fixes #196.

ERROR: Error executing 'Rscript': No such file or directory (os error 2)

Closing as it was indeed not possible to run the R code in the chunk that causes the freeze 👍
