get_pkg_logo(): Download a package logo from the epiverse-trace/logos
linters in beta before upstreaming to lintr
function to extract minimum R version dependency from DESCRIPTION to use in combination with lintr::backport_linter()
lintr for undesirable dependencies:
- dev deps (covr, usethis, etc.)
- recommended scaffolding: 1. from rOpenSci, 2. preferred alternatives (e.g., for input validation)
