Fixes to finalsize flagged by rhub::check_for_cran():

Reduced example iterations to try reducing run time
finalsize now uses C++14 to use auto types in iterators and lambda functions
pkgdown/ is moved to .Rbuildignore
Miller (2012) reference in DESCRIPTION corrected
Removed extra arguments in vignette plotting step
Fixed URL to https
Example dataset from socialmixr::polymod added to package data, data generation script added to data-raw
