Show new vignettes on release website #198

This issue is to flat that vignettes such as the guide to modelling final size with demographic turnover only appear on the development site, and not the main pkgdown site for release versions. This can be fixed by updating the released version of the site.

After looking into this issue, it is better to release a patch version of the package v0.2.1, which includes the fix to #180; this should lead to the release website updating as well.
