Dev fix pr 1

This PR is intended to update main with respect to dev since the changes done in the previous update #46 . Some important changes are regarding:

• Unify tests by module and by issues (e.g. tests/testthat/test_issue_47.R and tests/testthat/test_modelling.R)
• Add models_serialization.R to tests/testthat as .json files in order to avoid re-running models during tests (.RDS are not used because we didn't manage to recover the whole object correctly from this format).

• 53.

• 54, which includes the removal of save_or_load_model.

• Fix inconsistencies in the documentation \VignetteIndexEntry{}.
