Proper links for citation, contact, and about pages. #23

A click on citation, contact, and about pages on the tutorials-early workbench does not redirect to the correct webpages.

For citations, it currently redirects to the repo https://github.com/epiverse-trace/tutorials-early/blob/main/ so we should add sth similar to the https://github.com/epiverse-trace/research-compendium CITATION files and print on README

For the contact, it currently redirects to the maintainer email, which is the only email we have until having an organization one.

For about pages, it seems to be fixed to the carpentries website https://github.com/epiverse-trace/varnish/blob/a7e7e561a87d890a8b7b9fd2ce2880b28058e3ff/inst/pkgdown/templates/footer.html#L21 should we change this to epiverse-trace site?
