add list of concept dependencies per episode

It could be very useful to list the concept dependencies per episode. These can help us to relate this with predecessor tutorials by (i) selecting existing ones or (ii) developing new ones to fill the gap.

This can go as instructor notes after the prerequisites callout visible to instructors only, or be visible to learners for proper self-assessment. The last one can be useful to make them visible to learners when we find useful preliminary learning material on a set of topics.

For the simulate_transmission I drafted the following list of concept dependencies, using the ETK stratification of learning modules:

  • Parameters
  • Initial conditions
• Epidemic theory
  • Transmission
  • Intervention
  • Contact matrix
  • Demographic structure
  • Reproductive number
• Data science
  • Loops
• Outbreak response
