Create variables from the required list as blank where they are not in the dataset #4

Bug 1 - We need to create empty variables coded as NA, for those from the required list "varlist" that do not exist in the dataset ("dhsvarlist") so that the rest of the code runs through for all datasets. The keep bit of the code works, but the create bit doesn't.
