Replicability Box formatting issues #16

-this component needs to formatted as a table, so that the columns line up nicely (see http://science-commons.org/Zhong&Liljenquist.html) -info is in wrong order again, it should be: journal acronym, author names, replication closeness, N, power, effect size -author names should link to its own article page rather than "go to paper" -replication closeness should be displayed as a label (Very Close) -Add the string "None yet identified or posted." when no info is available, for each study (None yet identified or posted.)

This stuff has been adjusted except for the stats ordering, which is part of a more general issue I just opened
