Author Formatting #25

Need to elaborate on the formatter such that it can provide a more concise, publication-style author list, eg., Lastname & Lastname or Lastname, Lastname & Lastname

yup, i was just going to log an issue for that!

and also, for author names in the replication table, you'll have to add some code to restrict it to Lastname et al. for 3-author (or more) papers.
