Collapse boxes by default if they are empty (i.e., no stuff yet available) #33

Implement this for the replicability box, data/syntax box, materials box, and comments box.

e.g. for this article: http://science-commons.org:9292/?doi=10.1371/journal.pone.0033423

So the replicability box would be collapsed by default for this article given no independent replications have yet to be identified; and the data/syntax and materials box for this article would also be collapsed by default given no stuff has yet been identified/posted for this article.

i figured out how to do this bootstrap-wise, but i am holding off on this for now because i don't like the look of it, given that it leads to boxes not lining up horizontally when boxes have different amounts of stuff in them (i.e., very often)
