weird line formatting issue in replicability table #34

i looked at the html and i found that the problem is being caused by an extra pair of "td" tags (see below). i looked at formatter.py and couldn't figure out how to fix it.

also notice that somehow there are duplicate "a href" tags for linking to the replication article

e.g. for doi=10.1177/0956797612443838

removed the extra td tag in 60caab04854cd408c011a5a51150c8eed1e7e2cf

correct if i'm wrong but the duplicated rep thing only seems to be be happening for that particular article
