Feature Request: Allow to separate Note(-Tree)s per project #36

Thank you for this great plugin. I have the following feature request to further enhance it (at least for the way I use it):

I would love to be able to have separate note trees per Intellij-Project. I work on several projects and quite often my notes are only relevant to one project, but not for the other - so it would be perfect if the plugin would allow for notes to be either saved in the project (e.g. .idea/idea-notes/.*) or globally (visible to all projects, stored in the current location).

Would love that feature 😄

Hi @simschla Thank you for the feedback.This is actually what I have already thought(and the same feature request there is), will start to work over that when get some free time.
