PyPI source package #104

It looks like source packages stopped being uploaded to PyPI as of version 1.4.2.

Could this be reinstated? This is useful for building a conda package through conda skeleton.

Seems so, it is an oversight from my side. I will upload sdist soon

Fixed with upload of v1.5.2
