'CORP_DEBT_rog' is invalid data (ind06) #14

Must delete data which is wrong on import for a reason of combination of appearance of header pri and sec labels

Also 'CORP_DEBT_overdue' must be 'CORP_DEBT_OVERDUE'

Solved by adding a new segment specification in fc808429073788b302feb9063318ec15a1f3add3
