April 2021 release does not load #21

Hi,

I have been trying to download Apr 21 release but the downloaded file is empty (0.0Mb) and then there is a bug when trying to get any data. How to fix the issue ?

@VALD75 - thanks for reporting will be fixing this at #20, closing this issue as duplicate

Please expect a fix no ealier than Monday April 19.
