Conflict touch events between pan map and scroll window #8

For an example of a map that uses :

2 finger pan
2 finger pinch for zoom
1 finger scroll to scroll the web page

I think this is quite a common implementation. Otherwise with full screen maps on a mobile device, it’s possible to get stuck and not be able to scroll down the page past the map.
