New HTR-RF(20) without climate entity #65

HTR-RF(20) producent: SALUS firmware: 00160501

After few years I had warranty replaced an HTR-RF(20) thermostat. Old one was integrated with custom_component, the new one shows in integration but without any entity (including climate type) so I am not able to set/read temperature .
