[Feature Request] Support for 5 star rating #511

Could you please add support for 5 star rating, at least in the db and for the opensubsonic API

Please consider adding half star support as well, as Symfonium just did

Half star is not compatible with the Subsonic/OpenSubsonic API - to add it an extension would need to be proposed and approved
