Error in setting the PSM_ID #9

Setting the PSM_ID seems not to work in 2.1.5.

When reading in a PSM line with getRecord, all PSM_IDs are null.
Also by setting the PSM_ID in a PSM created with "new PSM(metadata)" and 
setting the ID via setPSM_ID does not change it.

Every time calling getPSM_ID() returns null.
