improvements in GUI #266

in GUI:
from incoming -->document
from outgoing -->document
from run-->error outgoing
menu->errors incoming last run
menu->errors incoming all
menu->errors outgoing last run
menu->errors outgoing all

what is needed here?

added: runs->error outgoing.
experimented with some new layout things; trying to integrate things more:
show documents via incoming, first as hidden, click to display.
however, the number of incoming documents can be very large.
for now: stop this, this needs more thinking time...
