Improve UNOA/UNOB definitions in bots #273

The files for UNOA/UNOB worked, but where not easy to understand and adapt.
New setup is better.
Adapted also the files in the plugin.
Note: UNOC is done very differently: is defined as ISO-8859-1/latin-1
