As per README this project communicates with EPRI Open-Wi-SUN-Stack, how can I access the referred open source project.

@beroset , is it possible to get access to stack mentioned ?

The EPRI open source Wi-SUN stack is a separate project which has not yet been released. When it's released, it will appear in this same place as another project. Work is ongoing, but I do not have an estimate from the developer on when it will be released. Sorry!
