Subclass reports #28

Kind of fixes this since now sort fields and group fields are inherited from parent classes and thereby from archive config, which renders the orcid reports more coherent with the rest of the archive. Custom orders and groupings can easily be added as usual. (See also this PR.) (Tagging @wfyson)

I think the issues this resolves are instead resolved by https://github.com/eprints/orcid_support/commit/20cdaf27968286a7b64f674c294051fa785f260c so closing for now.
