UI/UX: "Manage ORCID" Screen #20

@zuphilip and I were thinking about the import and export buttons on the home screen and would like to check, if other people would also consider having them placed differently.

Currently, the buttons are right next to the "New item" button (as below), which makes sense with the import, but not really with the export button. (Two of them create a new entry in the repository, one doesn't.)

We thought it might be better to have them placed seperately on the user screen (maybe with a horizontal line), indicating to the user that this is something different from the normal workflow.

Another possibility would be to only display these buttons on the "Manage ORCID Permissions" page which would then serve as the general place for users to manage their ORCID affairs. (The page would then be renamed to just "Manage ORCID" or something similar, of course). I know at least of the ORCID plugin for OJS/OMP that something similar is planned there.

Just thinking out lout here. Any additions are welcome. :)

Very late to the party commenting on this, but I like the sound of just adding them to a renamed Manage ORCID screen.
