Employment not added if old employment entry for same institution #57

If a user who connects with ORCID has an old employment record with an end date in the past for the same institution it will not add a new employment entry.

From user:

However, there seems to be a problem for records that already have some employment information recorded. The assertion is now showing on my record but in order to get this to appear, I have deleted all three previous entries for employment at University of Reding on my ORCID record. Is it only working if there are no other employment records for University of Reading in the ORCID record (even if some of these were very old and down in the list)? https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2084-3967 I'll try adding back my previous employments at Reading and see if the assertion from the plug in remains. I have a feeling this may be a tricky one to fix with eprints not storing start/end dates of employment. Before writing affiliation details to the orcid.org profile, the repository does a quick read to check it isn't already there and it's not adding something unnecessarily. Without knowing the start and end dates of employments we therefore can't really be sure if we should be adding something or not.
