type + data_type #17

There are two mapping functions that write a resourceType element in https://github.com/eprintsug/DataCiteDoi/blob/master/lib/cfg.d/z_datacite_mapping.pl#L9-L26

I there are valus for both these two resourceTypes are included in the export (which datacite doesn't like)

Possible solution: Get the one that maps type to resourceType check for a value in data_type and use that in preference to the type value (then bin the data_type mapping sub.
