Disconnect this git repo from the archived eprints/datacite one

To avoid confusing other people (and myself), I think it's worth disconnecting this from the previous repo.

There are three unresolved PRs in that repo - all of which come from this repo, so I don't think there's anything lost by disconnecting them.
