Replace %/ with %! #11

Description

Currently one can force End of act using %/, selecting this sequence has been done without much thought. Looking at other elements of this type in the Fountain and Feltix specs it would be more elegant to use %!. As the project hasn't yet been released for a long time we can make this change with an extraordinary low chance of braking anything.

Do note that this is best hotfixed, the next release might take some time...
