Font fall back #3

When no Courier Prime available we should fall back on Courier New on Windows and macOS.

Yeah, a fallback to Courier New would be perfect. Any user who don't know about Courier Prime will then download the font or just stick to Courier New. -- @jschopplich

Courier New is included on both Windows and macOS, so this would already solve that for those two platforms. Linux has less guarantees about included fonts, Courier 10 Pitch seems to be common enough though.
