Update to Go 1.19 #60

Updates the Go version.

It seems like this is ready to go. There's go 1.20, but I think updating at least to 1.19 would be smart. The issue that brought me here is that this isn't reproducible to be built with nix.

@eprovst anything I can do to help review this? It would be nice to get wrap installable on Nix again.

I think my latest commit fixes this? Note that this project effectively is unmaintained, unfortunately I haven't had the time to work on it :slightly_frowning_face:

I'm sorry to hear that. I only have a little go experience, but I might be able to help out. Anything I could take a look at? The only issue labeled help-wanted is about translations, which unfortunately I can't help with.
