Two commits to help when using meck for performance-like testing.

spawn_opt option for meck's gen server
no_history option to disable storing of meck's call history

@norton Meck uses the git flow methodology. So pull requests need to be issued against the develop branch. Please do not forget to rebase you changes first to make accepting of your request easier.
