The question being to what zoom level? For a polygon zooming to the extent makes
reasonable sense but for a point there is no right answer...(perhaps allow that
as a
parameter and have a default value level 15).

I would like to have exactly the same function "Zoom here" (or Zoom in ?) that
appears in the information window for a marker in GoogleMaps. As in the attached
file, for a map in French: "Effectuer un zoom ici".
I don't know the default zoom level on a point for this function in GoogleMaps.

Placemarks generated from a search might have some logical zoom level you
could figure out based on the accuracy of the search but arbitrary ones in a
kml?

A picture cannot tell me what it does or how it was created.(in other words not
so informative), as there are a lot of ways to get a information window for a
marker
in google maps....

It is not the result of a research !
The window information given above is opened simply by clicking on a marker
from a
map made with "My Maps" of GoogleMaps : marker in the list of the left side-bar
or on
the card itself.
Note: The "Itinéraires" of this window seems already recorded in geoxml:
parameter
"directions:true " ?

you are apparently going through a translation something is being lost I assume
;-)
If I go to my maps and type in Omaha, Nebraska it creates a placemark
with a zoom to here in it... If I go to my maps and create a new map
and use the tool there to add a marker it doesn't ..it only puts in
the name and whatever I include in the description.

The returns from the database search create it that way and therefor they know
the
accuracy of the search and similar things. Hope it translates better ;-)

I just implemented this new feature...

to make your placemark info bubbles have a zoom here link.
directions:true

and you can set the zoom level.
zoomhere:15

Hello,
That's exactly what I expected !
Thank you very much.
For the future, may be able to individually select options to display (between
"To
Here / From Here", "Search nearby" and "Zoom here") ?
Congratulations.
