Gin trigger event #74

Adds trigger event for gin. Also in this PR:

Extracting ExtractTracer to a more extractable package and location to be used by other libraries and setting a non collidable key
Adding README for gin usage
Improving Gin example
Adding Test for Gin handler explosion

In future PR:

[ ] Wrapping http.ResponseWriter to add support for "response_body" and "resposne_headers" for gin and the generic http.Handle / http.ListenAndServe
