Add Channeling and Ramp building designation support #5

These two are absent from the editor at the moment because they modify additional cells beyond that of the designated. The ramp digs upwards, and provides a surface whose pathfinding characteristics are more complex than any of the others.

Channeling is going to be essential at the very least for certain buildings such as the magma forge or the magma smelter, as well as the Screw Pump and mechanics in general.
