Enhancement: Allow us to make notes on projects/tasks #110

It would be nice to be able to add a short note describing the project/task. It 
can be similar to the dialog box when making a comment on a working task.

At times there are project codes, descriptions, reminders that are associated 
with projects/tasks. It would be helpful to have it all located here. It 
doesn't need to be visible but would be nice if it had a notepad icon or some 
way to indicate there are notes associated with the project/task. We would just 
need to double-click/edit the project/task to see it.
