CSV is different when exporting manually and exported automatically #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. export CSV with menu item  -> CSV is utf8
2. start time tracker with automatic export on -> CSV is latin 1

What is the expected output?

I'd expect CSV is always the same (preferably utf8)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
