Delete without a work period selected brings up dialog anyway #58

If you have an empty list of work periods and have the periods list active
and press Delete, you get the dialog "Delete selection; Are you sure to
delete the selected item(s)?; NO YES" (it would be nice to be able to turn
this off as a config option by the way, but that's for another bug report).

Actually even if you have items in the list and simply have none selected
(e.g. after you hit Delete on some item and say YES) you'll get the same
dialog. As there's nothing in the list/nothing selected in these cases I'd
expect Delete to be disabled and just raise the standard Apple alert for
when you try to do something you're not allowed to (like pressing delete in
Terminal when there's no text on the current shell line).

Thanks,

Zak
