Bring to front

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close the Time tracker window
2. Click the icon on the dock
3. The Time tracker window doesn't appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window must appear in front of other window, but it doesn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel
or PPC computer?
Mac OS 10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Well I am not sure if your expectation is what is also done by other apps. I 
mean you closed the window, therefore there is no main window anymore, in order 
to show it you need to go to the window menu and select the time tracker entry 
there. Can you list other apps that behave in that way?

For example with the Apple Mail application, when I close the main window (or 
Cmd+W) and then I click on the icon dock : the main window reappears.
It also works with Finder, iTunes, iCal, ...

I don't know if it's the default behavior, but it's usefull.

Great program, but please fix that. Every application I know either quits 
completely when clicking the red close button or I can re-show the main window 
by clicking on the item in the dock. I never really notice the "window" menu 
and was always quitting the application and reopening it to show the window.
