Unable to delete projects (regression) #77

The latest version of Time Tracker (1.3.9) has added a new bug not present in 
1.3.8. I'm unable to delete Projects without first quitting and restarting Time 
Tracker.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new task
5. Try to delete the project
6. Quit and restart Time Tracker
7. Delete the project
8. Feel happy again

please test on 1.3.11, cannot reproduce it there.
