Export to CSV with comma (,) separator adds extra column #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set CSV separator character to comma (,)
2. Select a task.
3. Expor the selected task.

What is the expected output? 
CSV with matching number of column headers and column data.

What do you see instead?
CSV with 7 header columns and 8 data columns, and third data column (Date) 
empty.

What version of the product are you using? 
1.3.11

On what operating system? 
OS X.6.5.

Intel or PPC computer?
Intel.
