Update to 1.3.12 does not work. #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for updates
2. Follow installation steps to download and install 1.3.12
3. Restart TimeTracker
4. Search for updates again 

Step 4 should state that i have the most recent version installed, but it 
states that i still have 1.3.11 (which is also displayed in the "about" box).

I started with 1.3.10 this morning, automatic updates are limited to stable 
releases only.
